How We Work

We embed practitioners, not consultants.

Loop's engagement model is built in layers. Each layer delivers standalone value. You never have to buy the next one. Most companies start with the free content, move to the diagnostic when they're serious, and engage embedded teams when they're ready to operationalize.

01

Phase 01

Methodology First

We publish everything. Read the papers, run the self-assessments, attend the webinars. There is no gated content and no sales pressure. If the methodology doesn't resonate after you've studied it, we're not the right fit. And that's fine. This transparency is deliberate. Serious buyers evaluate how a firm operates before they ever talk to sales.

02

Phase 02

Diagnostic

A paid 2-hour working session that produces real deliverables. An organization roadmap, a people roadmap, and a prioritized action plan. This is not a pitch meeting. It's a structured assessment led by a Loop methodology lead who will be honest about what your team needs, even if that means telling you Loop isn't the answer. The diagnostic costs $500 because it delivers value regardless of what happens next.

03

Phase 03

Embedded Teams

We place trained practitioners directly on your team. They operate the methodology daily. Shipping production test infrastructure, running TDD workflows, building bespoke pipelines, and coaching your existing engineers. These aren't consultants who hand off a deck and leave. They're embedded practitioners who stay until the system runs without them.

Start wherever makes sense.

There is no wrong entry point. Read the methodology, attend a webinar, book a diagnostic, or tell us what you're building. Every path leads to the same operating model.
